Comprehensive California Transaction Coordinator

Includes:

  • Document Management

    • Oversee the creation, organization, and submission of all transaction-related documents.

    • Skyslope, Glide, Zipforms, Dropbox, Google Shared Drive, Google Suite, Breeze, and PropDisc

  • Communication Hub

    • Serve as the primary point of contact, relaying information and updates between all parties.

  • Deadline & Contingency Tracking

    • Monitor crucial deadlines for contingencies, inspections, appraisals, and loan removals, ensuring all actions are completed on time.

  • Escrow Coordination

    • Initiate the escrow process, ensure earnest money deposits are received on time, and maintain communication with the escrow company.

  • Compliance & Accuracy

    • Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper signatures to ensure legal compliance and adherence to agreed terms

  • Providing completed file to clients and agent

*Listing and Dual Agency fees are added to escrow amount

Compliance plus TC

This option is for agents needing a refresher on documents and processes. We would meet weekly to review contracts, disclosures, reports, and standard operating procedures for real estate transactions. Typically, this option is best for newer agents who do not have a mentor or have business skills but are lacking in transactional knowledge.
